Once you have registered as a MagicPay Payment Gateway user, and logged into your gateway account on your Subscriptions menu, you will see “Pending Approval” status.

This status means that your account is in review to confirm you are a MagicPay user, once the review is completed the status will change to “Active“.

This process usually takes up to 48 hours to complete.
